Alright, My last name is Tow. Our family records show we were the first group to adopt the last name
of tow, we hold copyright on our last name.

Additional Details:
I''m getting sick of people using our last name, what can be done?

The copyright office may have allowed you to file the copyright, but they won't allow you to enforce it, and neither will a court. You may not copyright a last name, or at least you may not enforce copyright on it. Others may use that last name and you can't stop them.
