Can i get child support for the past two years from my child's father if he signed the birth certificate & the paternity acknowledgment?

A. 

The answer to your question varies from state to state and even sometimes from judge to judge within a state. The easy way to find out (and maximize your chances of recovering it) is to call child services in your state. And the sooner the better. In many states, courts won't go back more than two years before the filing of a petition to impose a child support obligation.
