How can I show that my marriage is not recognised in Florida?

Additional Details:
I''m a married post op transexual in the state of Florida. Florida does''nt recognise same sex
marriages so technicly it''s not a real marriage. He is estranged and now I am buying a home for
just me. The closing co. is saying that in Florida both spouses have to sign the mortgage. How can I
convince them that he doesn''t have to sign the mortgage?

Normally, you wouldn't have to do anything. Your marriage just wouldn't exist in Florida. But, since you need official documentation so that you can buy a house without your spouse's name being on the mortgage and deed, you need to file for an annulment, the ground being that your marriage is void.
