How should I plead for harassment charges?

Additional Details:
My in-laws denied someone Christmas dinner or coming to their house because they regained a
relationship with me. I was so furious I sent three text telling my sister in law how wrong that
was. I called her home and asked her husband to call me. Few hours later I get a call from local
sheriffs office saying do not call them back. Their daughter text"d my son right after I hung up so
I called back to tell them make her stop. While leaving the message I said btw your wife slept with
her brother in law. At that time the sheriff picked up the phone and said did I tell you not to call
back. Do you want to go to jail she asked? I said very rude no and never called back. Three days
later the police knocks on my door and says youre under arrest for harassment. After I got out of
jail I called my mother in law and she informed me that the police officer told them she didn''t
like my attitude and would issue a warrant when she went back to work. The officer denies this.

I would definitely not plea guilty to it until an attorney can review this case. Based on what you provided, I am not sure that your conduct rose to harassment, and it's very suspicious that a sheriff would pick up the phone, so there might be some home cooking going on there. You need to consult an attorney asap and review your case.
