I carry health insurance for my two children. It has just come to my attention when my ex hand
delivered a medical bill from one of the children's

Additional Details:
providers that the account was set up in my name with my ex''s home address. The bill was sent to
the ex''s home address in my name. I have never approved this. The ex is having mail sent and
opening it when it is addressed to me at a home where I have NEVER lived. Is this mail fraud? Is
this illegal?

Is the mail just medical bills regarding your children? If so, this would not be mail fraud, though obviously you should probably fix the situation. If he he diverted mail unrelated to your common children, such as your personal mail, this would be a mail-related federal offense, and you could report it to your local postmaster.
