support also would they lower her amount and would they take into consideration how much she makes,
I make, and he makes and re calculate how much she would get and I would get? Also just a estimate

You state the father of your two children has a child with another woman, and you want to know how that affects the amount of child support you will receive. First of all, the child support received by the father's other child will not be reduced, based on the father having to provide support to two additional children, by another woman.

The father's child support will be based on his net income and your net income, as determined by Florida Statutes, section 61.30. The father will be allowed to deduct the $400.00 in child support he now pays to the other child, if he is court ordered to pay and he is current on his support.

It is difficult to estimate how much you as the mother would receive in child support, without knowing your income and the father's income. Also is the cost of health insurance going to be included in the calculation? Are there any day care/ after school care costs that need to be included in the child support calculation? Both health insurance and day care expenses would affect the amount of child support. It is recommended that you consult with an attorney regarding the specific circumstances of your case.
