When my ex and I divorced he had a divorce agreement drawn up (by his future wife and attorney) and although I didn't completely agree with it, I signed it (without legal representation). I recently found out that the document was never filed with the divorce decree and the courthouse has no record of it. Is it legal and binding? I am from Pennsylvania.

Interesting question. I suppose there's always a chance your Ex would locate the agreement and file it later, but barring that, I'm not sure how he would have it enforced against you. However, you need to know that making him angry will probably bring the full resources of an experienced family lawyer to his side, ready and willing to work tirelessly on his behalf without compensation. I would rather not tangle with that buzz saw; I'll leave it to you whether you want to.
