My son is 13 years old - I was never married to his dad- his dad last saw him when he was 1 yr old.
Do I have to let him visit.

Additional Details:
There has been no contact for 12 years. No visitation order established. A support order has been
in place for 12 years but he does not pay.

Generally, since you were not married, Dad would probably need to file a paternity action to set a hearing for custody/visitation. Without a court order for custody/visitation (since you were not married), you generally would not have to allow him to see the child.

This response is general in nature and should not be considered legal advice.
