What should I do concerning my fathers will that was never filed. My fathers wife is in a lawsuit
with his nursing home and also a hospital I believe.

Additional Details:
Myself and my brother were taken off this lawsuit due to her.(i cant tell you why myself) and has
not filed my fathers will according to records.(his estate is also in question) I want to make sure
we (my brother and I) are not being overlooked. Any advice of direction I should take? Also we live
in Texas and the lawsuit is in Louisianna.

I am sorry for the loss of your Father. If your Father died as a resident of Texas, you have four years to probate his will. I do not know what the time period is if he lived in Louisiana. Contact a lawyer in the jurisdiction where he lived at the time of his death and find out what your rights are in this regard and also regarding the pending lawsuit. You should do so as soon as possible to make certain that you and your brother are protected.
