Charleston, South Carolina Attorney Reflects Values Through Identity Change & Online Video

Charleston, South Carolina – July 2009 – A South Carolina Lowcountry domestic relations and criminal law attorney has announced a change in his firm’s name and identity, which is now Vitetta Law Group. “These changes provide an updated visual reflection of the firm’s strength, capabilities, and values, including our exceptional ability to tailor strategies to the needs of our clients,” commented the firm’s principle, Guy J. Vitetta. Key elements of the new identity are the firm’s updated website, video profile, logo and marketing materials.

The changes are designed to reflect Vitetta’s 18 years of experience and commitment to innovative approaches in the practice of law. Vitetta is one of the most experienced trial lawyers in Charleston, having tried over one hundred, including six homicide, cases as a public defender in Charleston County. He is also credited with bringing Collaborative Law to South Carolina and the Lowcountry. Vitetta worked in partnership with Zafari, Inc., a Charleston-based marketing/design firm to create the new identity and marketing materials. The updated website including the video profile can be seen at www.VitettaLawGroup.com.

Mr. Vitetta opened his law office in 2002 after 11 years as a public defender to find that family court dynamics could be grizzlier than those in criminal court. In addressing choices legal consumers face, Vitetta says, “You want a lawyer who is both comfortable in court and comfortable not going to court and will base the strategy on your long term goals.”

Regarding the new identity, Vitetta states, “Understanding my clients’ goals and developing strategies that serve them is the challenge that motivates me in my practice. I think the video and identity changes reflect that.”

The addition of “Group” to the name reflects growth of the firm in the near future. “The firm will be expanding to include more attorneys committed to high quality, innovative approaches and more areas of legal practice,” Vitetta said.
