What Can Endanger My Custody Rights?

When the courts evaluate a Los Angeles custody fight they look at the lifestyle choices each parent makes. This information tells them about each parent’s commitment to their children and whether or not they are capable of providing the kind of stable home the law requires for custodial parents.

A judge is not going to be looking at your taste in home d�cor, but certain facets of your personal life will be examined:
